What would you have as a specialist subject?

I would go for the music of the top indie combo Teenage Fanclub.
 
A bloke on about 2 years ago did MFC. I think he got every question right and there was only 1 I didnt know. So might do that if they ever let the same specialist subjects be repeated

Which esteemed FMTTM poster was evicted from a Teenage Fanclub concert before even the support band came on for ordering an alcoholic drink at the bar?
 
Was accepted about ten-ish years ago, but knocked it back for job offer that fell through. Boro 1986 to present was one of my nominated catagories but they said had to be all Boro history. Thinking of doing it again, but recent experience as a brain wrong man mental making me wait a bit!
 
Maybe The Beach Boys, maybe The League of Gentlemen, maybe the Tintin books.

Or maybe all of them - don't you have to have different specialist subjects lined up for future rounds as well?

I went to see The Fannies on Saturday night. As lovely as they were, it was nowhere near the same without Gerry. ☹️
 
That seems a bit harsh as there would be plenty to go at. I remember seeing somebody doing Fawlty Towers as a subject. They only made 12 episodes.
