Been to see this tonight in High Wycombe. Utterly superb.

I see it is on in Stockton this weekend and there are still a few tickets left. If you like this music do go. You wont regret it. Most of the Tour is sold out.

Arranged and led by his long time collaborator and a 9 piece band all of whom are consummate with their instruments.

‘If you like the music’?

I think, at the time, the whole world did
It stands the test of time too

It certainly does. Whilst Mike Oldfield no longer performs Robin Smith is a very able deputy. Went to see this show at the Festival Hall last year and concur that it is brilliant.

So no M.O no S.H and definitely no Vivian Stanshall so may as well just play the record.😜
We went camping to Great Yarmouth when this was out. My mate had two cassettes Tubular Bells and Caravan In The Land of Grey and Pink. That holiday did me in for T.B but still like the Caravan album.

Both great albums. Think the Caravan one is ‘In the Land of the Grey and Pink’ though….

Yes I know as I have the album but unfortunately Google predictive text didn't. Cheers for correcting me😀👍
Went with my brother to see Caravan at the Cluny last year. He asked me if I remembered the last time we saw Caravan together. It was a sold out show at the City Hall in the late 70s.......
