First game of season for me and I ordered 3pm on Weds and tickets arrived next morning to Kent, so something obviously gone wrong. I did check Boro ticket office prior to see if option to be emailed as don't see any reason why you can't buy right up to KO using QR/barcodes.

At least you should have the email with allocated seat so don't see how they could refuse entry if you take that.

When I forgot my ticket at Bristol City last season and went to their ticket office, they had a long list of sold seats with names against them, I just had to prove identity then they printed another ticket.
