Goes to show the horse trading that has gone on behind the scenes of the nomination process. Braverman's support would bring a number of other headcases that at the time Sunak would think he needed. In no sane world can a Home Secretary resign over a breach of security one week and then return the next. My mind is well and truly boggled.

Quite probably stopped Boris getting enough nominations. But **** me, what a price to pay.

I suspect that investigative journalists will be all over his finances, business relations, investments and tax affairs, and you don't get 700m+ in assets without pushing some laws, morals and ethics
