Moody Blues founding member Mike Pinder dies at 82

Mike Pinder wrote and voiced one of the most beautiful and innovative songs I have ever heard - ironically called Have You Heard - The Voyage. This is the live version that features Mike but the studio version is fabulous.

Go now and Nights in white satin, true classics, RIP Mike. In my RN days, one of my Invincible mess mates was seeing a girl from a village near Surbiton, where the village pub was the local for band members of the Moody Blues. Strange how these memories come back when sad news is published.
