Morsy

Yeah, another good performance from him, was it two assists today? one for NML, but was it him who slotted it to Paddy for the second goal?

Played well today as a team. No bad performances. As Maddo said defended well and caught them on the counter attack. My one question is why were we givving them so much possession. They were nothing to write home about.

A good win after a shaky start.
Confidence flowed through the team after the change in formation and the goal.

Bola is going to be special. Fry perhaps too.
For this level, we have some other very good players.
A proper goal scoring striker/focal point will make an incredible difference.
Exciting next season.

To be honest it annoyed me when people said 'he's over weight' or not the same after his injury etc.

He's been a constant 7/10 from day one. He does the dirty or niggly stuff the other CMs simply don't do. I imagine even if you think he's done 'nothing' you'd need to follow him on a camera and see the amount of times he's brakes up play or gives away a sly foul.

I actually think he can play a bit. After 2-3 years of Clayton on decline he's a massive upgrade. On top of all this he cost around 1mil.... Its a fecking steal👍

I don't have anything negative to say. The last 2 games he's been immense. He absolutely bossed the Swansea game and deserved to be on a side that wasn't mugged off after his goal.

Also seems a decent bloke (especially after what Wigan fans said about him and his handling of that fiasco).

He’s class. I’ve noticed he gets forward a lot more than any other of our midfielders and he’s often the one who finds himself playing a through ball in or splitting a defence, not something I expected from him when we signed him.
