Mrs Vacuous Strikes Again

I know that’s what people think but that doesn’t necessarily mean the system is broken: just that not enough people understand it. If they weren’t in Uxbridge they werent voting for “Boris” we need to educate people in British politics
You don't think it's a problem if the public have no say in who leads the country? I'd say it's a massive problem and the tories have perfectly demonstrated why.

It's always been pur system though. We vote for a party. So we do have a say. We can say what party we want in

"It's always been our system" doesn't mean it's any good, that's a terrible argument.

You also don't vote for the party, you vote for the person. I mean that's pretty much your original argument isn't it!? And even if it was a vote for the party (which it isn't) it would only be a vote to decide the party in that constituency, not nationally.

For someone so keen on defending the system you don't seem to understand it very well.

In what way do I “not understand” it?
