How many people are arrested every day only to be released without charge later?
The OP says he's been a naughty boy and names the player.
As far as I'm aware the player's identity has not been released officially but you say it's OK to call him a naughty boy because the police 'think' he's done something wrong.
I would suggest the only posters being pathetic are you and the person who started the thread.
Let the process run it's course and if his guilt is proven throw the book at him.

It’s a fact he has been arrested-didn’t say what for-you assumed it was for female assault-but he must have been naughty to give police a reason to arrest him
