He's a players manager, a fans manager an most important Boros manager. My favourite manager during my time as a fan and I've been supporting them since Robo era.

What I like most about him is that he’s sees what we see. He knows the game he knows when players are putting it in and if they aren’t then he’ll deal with it.

No spin or or guff just straight and honest.

Look at Saturday we were bloody awful and and we saw it and he came out and said basically yes we were bloody awful it was just an off day.

No soft soap just straight talking.
