New Lockdown

Just seen a report that Hartlepool and Middlesbrough will have local lockdowns from midnight 5th Oct. To be confirmed in House of Commons tomorrow. Anyone else know anything?

Yeah, their councils have asked that households be restricted from mixing in their own homes.
That's the extent of the requested new measures, as I understand it.
