We've managed to sign 2 keepers / 2 CBs and a new left back. Yet made ourselves massively worse at the back.

That's some achievement in anyone's books. We simply never look like keeping a clean sheet.

The problem last season was forwards. Yet we've somehow managed to create a whole new problem we never had (apart from Lumley).

The game is effectively over, but repeating the first half would have had me more concerned.

The problem is picking players who are more defensively minded, but who give the ball away too easy (which is what some of the fans wanted). These players thinking they can revert to lump ball, it won’t work, the team is not set up to play that way.

How we played that first half is not how we were playing earlier in the season, when loads where whinging (about the wrong things).

As others have pointed out, it’s a results business. It’s irrelevant what the fans think should be happening with team selection etc, that’s all on Wilder and possibly our director of football but fk knows what he does other than identify strikers who Wilder doesn’t want.
