Would love to eat my words but nothing is falling for us and we lack quality, fight, guile and nouse.

Reminds me of the Southgate team that got relegated.
 
The most depressing thing about tonight is because we weren't torn apart Woodgate is going to get more time - which will prove to be costly.
 
You wouldn't mind so much but we're going down with a whimper and that's unacceptable. The other teams are scrapping like hell; scoring goals home and away and playing some lovely stuff to boot. I don't expect anything to change in all honesty as I don't know what Gibson's remit is any more. I'm kind of resigned to it now and that's worse than being angry. Very depressing and some very dark days ahead.
 
Sleep walking to relegation, it’s a habit we are far too familiar with. The money that Gibson has thrown at this club you would think he would be far more concerned than he appears to be.

Gibson learns absolutely nothing from his mistakes, it’s frustrating and disheartening. The teams around us are fighting for their lives whilst we are in free fall. This has all the hallmarks of a relegation.
