Is this taught when coaches do their badges?

Football is so resistant to subs before half time even when something is not working.

Mourinho is the only manager I can remember doing it regularly.

I just can't understand how you don't bring engel and Clarke on for forss/Thomas and go back to the team/formation from last week.
