Spence is way too hesitant/slow/laidback for championship football. Every situation he gets in he just does nothing whether its receiving a pass, challenging for a header, making a tackle, making a run.

There was a moment 10 mins ago when Bola had to come steaming across the back 4 to make an interception. Poor guys trying to play right back and left back.
