Noticed afew people in the half & half scarfs thread mention about having collections of old memorabilia in the attic…

If anyone has any bags of old shirts just gathering dust they may want to cash in on then give me a private message as I’d happily buy in bulk for the very best prices.

Cheers, UTB!!!

Go for a fortune on Ebay some of the old Boro shirts now. Always find it funny how some, along with other clubs older shirts, seem to be from sellers in the likes of Poland, Ukraine etc! Wonder how so many have wound up in these far flung places :ROFLMAO:

I'd suggest publishing the shirts and listing them on ebay for their current market value. We all know the demand is high and some prices are crazy!
Some people have black bags with 50+ in and either aren’t familiar with eBay or just can’t be bothered with the whole process of photographing, looking for faults, listing them all then posting each one off individually every other week plus then dealing with parcels not been received and / or scammers etc

I make no secret that some can sell for high prices and therefore pay accordingly…give me a go / at the end of the day you can always just say no to my offer but someone might have a bag or box of shirts they haven’t even opened for 10+ years and I might offer them say £500+ and everyone’s very happy with the deal 🔴⚪🔴

Just give me a private message if anyone is interested. Best wishes

in other words 'let me take those old McLean homes shirt off you for £20'! Pretty sure anybody who frequents this forum has a rough idea of shirt value and if they didnt the first place they would check is eBay! Please give me a DM i will pay £5 more than old Pumpy

i sent 12 boro shirts over to the teenage kids in Palestine about 10 years ago .

just have the 3 left - Riverside opening day shirt V Sampdoria. - Red F.A. Cup final shirt (which my youngest girl wears) and a match worn & signed Paul Okon shirt.

too many of those you see being advertised now on sites such as e-bay are moody and repro's being touted out as the genuine article - best avoided.

Never really been a buyer of shirts I have the ici shirts and the first few home and away from 95-99. I bought the white and gold errea shirt and haven't bought one since.

I've still got some absolute classics at my parents. Home and away Evening Gazettes in great conditions. I'll cash them in one day😂

I 'found' a mint Glasgow Rangers shirt amongst them over Xmas. I have no recollection of ever buying or owning it. It was from 1994 in a large. It hadn't seen the light of day for over 15 years.

So I banged it on ebay. I ended up getting £103 for it. Apparently rocking horse poo in that size and condition. Also far better with a Rangers fan. He actually messaged me after saying he'd not seen one in such good condition. That's what 15 years + in a loft does.

Shirt prices are crackers. I wouldn't pay that for an old shirt.

I've still got a 2003/4 (aka "cup-winning") shirt unopened in it's original cellophane. I wonder what that's worth?

It’s actually quite hard to price that. Just the used shirt normally would be around £40-£50 on eBay but “unopened and in its original cellophane” makes this a very unique item and possibly even ‘priceless’ to some buyers. Hold on to this and keep it unopened for as long as possible and your onto a winner 👍🏻 Especially so with it been the shirt worn in our first season in Europe that followed. That’s proper class 🔴⚪🔴
