Shouldn't even be considered really, injuries are part of the game & they sign players from all over the world knowing they could be missing for a good spell in January, they're quite happy to play a full team of non 1st team regular through their league cup campaign so really for me the game goes ahead

The Premier League are happy to postpone these games as they care about money. Weakened teams losing one sided games is bad for the brand and selling games overseas, sporting integrity doesn’t matter as much as the money.
