We will be in Orlando for 2 full days ahead of our East coast road trip in Sept, was looking for a bit of advice or recommendations on a theme park to visit, we are around the 50 age and in laws are in 70’s, no kids in tow, and we aren’t really looking for big rides or anything, will be staying on International Drive. Obviously Orlando is massive with several parks, but never been, so any on advice on something that may suit would be great. Thanks.

I think Epcot would be your best bet.

Magic kingdom if you want the real Disney effect

Animal kingdom is good for something a bit different

Epcot is the old school but is getting a lot of redevelopment. So you might be disappointed

Hollywood studios is if you like star wars mainly

Universal is more big ride stuff and Harry Potter

All sites involve a hell of a lot of walking

I agree with Animal Kingdom and Epcot or add in Hollywood studios if you like Star Wars, it is pretty amazing.

Not exactly Orlando but the space centre is a great experience and a lot cheaper than Disney/Universal.

Animal Kingdom or Magic Kingdom if you want a proper Disney experience that said I haven't been to Hollywood studios since they finished all the Star Wars stuff in there

Just travelling back from orlando today.

There is a lot of walking involved, but actually really impressed with Disney with regards to accessibility.

If you have never been to a Disney before I think Magic kingdom is worth it for the scale, but would echo the Epcot/Animal Kingdom suggestions as well. I don't think the Universal experience is as good unless you are a big Harry potter fan - although we did enjoy both Universal parks.
