Or the big target man we have loaned from Fulham?A big target man like Coburn might help !
Put Giles further forward instead of left back and we will get crosses and btw Tommy Smith is solid but not the answer at right back.Yeah it's annoying isn't it. Watch a team like Liverpool. They aren't waiting till they can get it to the byline. Forever crossing from deep. They're just scared to try anything challenging in case they get it wrong.
Giles would not be able to play as a winger. He doesn’t have a turn of pace and makes no attempt to go past players. He is a semi effective wing back cos he drives from deep and tries to get crosses in before having to try and go past playersPut Giles further forward instead of left back and we will get crosses and btw Tommy Smith is solid but not the answer at right back.

Jones was total rubbish today and has been since midway through last season.Apart from Jones we had little attacking threat today and we looked like we did under Warnock's 433, with Akpom up front.
It was slow, the whole team was too deep and we did get near enough players in and around the box.
He didn't have a great game, but when he's the only attacking outlet it's much easier to defend against him.Jones was total rubbish today and has been since midway through last set.
Because he is our only attacking option it allows the opposition to have 2 or 3 men on him most of the time !Jones was total rubbish today and has been since midway through last season.
There was times yesterday when there was 3 and even 4 men on him… so there should have been space and spare men elsewhere but we didn’t do anything to exploit it.Because he is our only attacking option it allows the opposition to have 2 or 3 men on him most of the time !
