Parking suggestions tomorrow

Don’t you still have to pay on Bank Holidays? Worth checking before you walk away, don’t want anyone to get an expensive fine

I don’t live in Middlesbrough that’s the one I always use.

Only time I had to pay in recent memory was when I came up for a Friday night game and parked up about 5:30 pm as it was chargeable until six.

Thanks, apparently it is free on bank holidays and note avoiding the blue bays. It’s going to be busy tomorrow with no public transport?

Park as close to the exit as you can, it can get backed up quite badly when people are trying to get out, the right space can save you about 20 minutes. Could be worse than normal with no public transport as well.

France street near the cinema/mcdonalds but don’t park in the blue bays
I noticed on the board that you can park for 3 hours in the blue bays. Is there anything stopping you from parking there from say 2.15 to 5.15, and going to the match?
I wouldn't do it myself.

Blue bays are for the leisure park customers only. If they could prove you weren't a customer you'd receive a fine.

As has been said, there are tons of white spaces in France Street Car Park.

There used to be car park attendants on match days, but I don't think they've been around for a while.

I'd avoid the Zetland as exiting is a nightmare, two roads out both have to battle against traffic lights that are only green for seconds & under the bridge where they have to join a road: give way.

What is the official situation with the car park at the Six Medals pub and also at the retail park behind it? (Argos etc are located) Can you manage to get free parking if you get a drink in the pub or buy some sweets from one of the shops?

It definitely seems busier on match days so I guess a few people are using the parking spaces.

I parked at the retail park for the match once. Absolute nightmare to get out of.
