Ive just realised I physically haven’t left the house for seven days - not even for a walk around the block, I would normally run but now I have my spin bike I’m using that for exercise. I think that’s the longest ever I’ve stayed home.

You need to be careful missing natural light and fresh air I think people need it. I did 14 quarantine in the summer and it wasn’t too bad because we have a garden and the weather was decent. Did 10 quarantine a couple of weeks ago and was climbing the walls.

Just been out for a five mile walk and feel better for it, breaks the day up.

There should be medals for 7 days, 7 weeks and 7 months staying indoors.

I had one full day at home earlier this week. I was waiting for a break in the weather which never came. Other than that I think I've been out every day since March. I need a walk in the fresh air.
