A 33 year old Canadian is to sue the Canadian Government for not agreeing to fund this surgery that can only be performed in Austin Texas.
Am tempted to say they should suggest they might agree to fund it, then refuse when it's been done, and tell him to go **** himself.

The Canadian State did fund the "creation of a penis" on a female born civil servant who was very keen on retaining the vagina, womb and ovaries they were born with.
