Masson must be the one next to Jones ?, he had decent success in so much he played at the top level and captained Scotland

Excellent stuff, Almeria. However, it is not Stan Marshall (good guess though - it's the right era). So all we are left with is 1st on left and the side image of the guy 2nd right, which I'll give away now as it is a tough one - it is George Wright, the physio.
So - who is is chap on the far left, fmttm? I gave a clue about him in the OP.

No Alan Smith, his career was ended early as a Boro Apprentice and he became a Physio and Jimmy Headridge mentored him. He ended up as physio for England eventually.
I seen Alex Smith play for us, he ended up as kit man for us under Robson.
