My son is looking to join a football team, he is currently 14, turns 15 in Feb. I've emailed a few local tfja clubs on his behalf with little or no response. Just thought I'd try on here!!! Just looking for a trial or some sort of football training, any position he just wants to play!!! Thanks in advance

Join tjfa and post on there site, loads of teams at all levels looking for players.

Where about do you live? There's lots of TJFA team looking for players at the moment. I'm involved with a team at U14 age group.

Depends where you live, i'd just find them on facebook ie Redcar Town, Boro, Saltburn etc depends where you live, if they can't help all the coaches have whatsapp groups and will be able to point you in the right direction.

If I were you, I'd check out Boro Rangers. They've got a huge set-up with several teams often in the same age group. They train and play at Eston (Herlingshaw).
