I have watched Blackburn a few times this season and the right back Callum Brittain has always impressed me.

He is a big lad (built for the physical demands of the championship) fast, strong and bombs up and down the right flank, he looks technically very good, also excellent one on one defensively, Blackburn picked him up for a million last season.

Has anyone else seen players from the championship or lower leagues they have been impressed with? Identifying where Boro are short.
We could really do with a defensive midfielder in the Clayton model to mop up danger when we get broke upon and are scrabbling backwards,

I like the look of Shankland, looks a natural finisher, I’m more convinced the club don’t need to go around scouring Europe looking for the diamond in the rough, they are here on these shores.

Theo Bair CF Motherwell should be high on our list , just got MOM again .Age 24 h1.91m ticks the boxes. 11 goals 4 assists.
Danny Armstrong RW AM Kilmarnock is quality , scores and assists .7 goals 13 assists.
I don’t envisage us signing either , going by our recent buys .

Nope we will probably sign a striker and 2 full backs from the 3rd division Danish/ Norwegian league for an undisclosed fee.
Then have to give them 2 seasons till they get used to the physical side of the championship.

Obvious one but Thomas at Huddersfield I think is very good. Also Mikey Johnston at West Brom on loan from Celtic has looked good both times I’ve watched them.
