Does anyone know a company (preferably based Teesside) that installs pontoons?

Need to find somebody that is familiar with this type of work, will be small scale for a small / medium sized boat.

River, sea, lake, canal etc?

Might not be that helpful as it was commercial rather than a domestic client but I worked on a project last year at Windermere where they were looking at installing new pontoons for 40 berths. It's big bucks mate and requires licence / permit from memory.
