Good watch this. He is defintely growing on me. I used to like Neil's and thought Chris was a bit dull but once you tune in to his complete focus and seriousness about the club it is great. Albeit something about him reminds me of Jonny Vegas! Sounds like he knows exaclty which players are to leave in January and which will join.

very much downplaying promotion or even play off prospects. Pretty much wrote off our chances.
Despite his downbeat approach I feel sure that there's a bit of kidology going on here, with players and fans.
A win tomorrow would be massive and we are perfectly capable. Get us in the top 6 at Christmas and get the signings he needs to push on.

I can tell you that he is nothing like Johnny Vegas. He is the polar opposite. JV is lovely and all that but off the scale with lack of discipline, focus, cohesion etc. The very definition of a loose cannon.... albeit one that smokes about 150 fags a day and is drawn into pubs as though they were black holes. He's hard to dislike though.
