My printer has suddenly stopped printing from my Chromebook computer,giving a ‘Filter Failure’ message
it prints from other devices
Been unable to make any sense of online help pages-can anyone help

Sounds like a computer issue, rather than printer if it prints from other devices... have you checked your printer settings / drivers for updates?

Uninstalled and reinstalled printer-no change

Are you having the problem over wifi. Does it work when atached with usb cable?

Sounds like the drivers might be phtang. Uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers with the printer turned off. Then restart the printer.
