Absolutely. A very unique sound, you just know it's him when you hear it. One of the coolest rock stars around.
 
Yes, I also saw them last night in London - an amazing gig. It will be a really special gig next week in a smaller more intimate venue at the Globe. Enjoy, if you're lucky enough to have a ticket.
 
My best mate was a massive fan of them, he passed prematurely 11 years ago , I couldn't really get into them but when I had the opportunity to get tickets for them at Cardiff Castle earlier in the year I jumped at it as ra remembrance for my mate. I was blown away by them on the night, they were so bloody good I'm going to have see them again, hopefully they have another year of touring.
 
Although I'm not overly keen and I think the Download line up is absolutely hideous compared to last year I'd still love to be able to say I've seen them.
Josh Homme has been through a lot and they've always seemed great whenever I've caught glimpses of live performances

It was pretty awesome. The Mrs is a bigger fan than me so I didn't know the full set but they definitely are a band that need to be heard live to be fully appreciated. They did a huge set covering the new stuff and old favs, even taking requests from the crowd. Glasgow crowd were pretty mental as you would expect and the mosh pit seemed to be particularly energetic from where we were sat up in the Gods. You are in for a treat at the Globe. Im curious how the set up is going to be there. Is it all seated? Photo is from our view at the OVO Hydro.

Bottom tier will be standing but top tier is seated.
