If we do get through to the final and play liverpool, but unfortunately get beat, then they go on to win the league, do we qualify for Europe?

Yes - but we then get thrown out of the competition for being frivolous

No I believe that isn't the case. The extra spot goes to the PL league position

No, think that stopped a few seasons ago. I also believe it was only the FA Cup when this happened.
