Rav Van Den Berg

But it’s affecting his ability to take a throw in, Diego. Really poor mentality IMO
Yeah it is, but I’m sure it’s more than just a dislocated finger. He’s obviously medically advised to wear it. Not sure what the problem is really. Certainly don’t need to be calling him a fanny. Once he gets told he can stop wearing it I’m sure he will do

Sure the goofy Uruguayan Suarez used to bandage his left hand up but there was nowt wrong with it. Must be still on for precaution, again he had a great game can't call him soft cos a bandage ffs 😂 some clowns on here.

Did he? I can't remember Paddy messing up at all?
Agree, I thought Paddy had a great game, he had to do a lot of sweeping up, as Fry was on man marking duty. He just gets on with it, I agree that he does make the occasional mistake, but who in that team doesn’t. I didn’t think Hayden set the world on fire yesterday, but that goes unmentioned.

Paddy got absolutely skinned by Wout Faes of all players in the first half, and some of his passing out from the back in the second half was dodgy to say the least.

I dunno, he just makes me nervous.

I wonder when rav will get his first opportunity at centre back. Really looking forward to seeing him playing there

Rav IMO is clearly first choice RB until he is needed to step into CB then I expect he'll make that his own. A bit unfortunate for Dijksteel atm as he'd be getting his game otherwise but Rav just looks class and the playing time will be great for his development.

He’s doing incredibly well. His brother at Liverpool is supposed to be the better prospect but maybe his younger bro will usurp him?
Apparently Sepp did pretty well on loan at Preston last season but can’t remember too much about him.
Keep it up Rav!

He’s got that sneaky van Dijk pace where you think he looks slow and he’s gonna get done for pace then you realise he’s up against a rapid winger and they’re not even gaining ground on him.
I think similarly to Crooks too, the height makes him look slower than he is. Once he’s up to full speed, the longer stride lengths make a huge difference.

In his interview he is so composed for someone who has recently turned 19.

I wasn't at the game on Saturday but reading reports Rav was one of our better players and a big improvement from Plymouth. It is great to see young players developing at MFC.
