Returning Goods Online

I’ve always thought mark of a decent company and good customer service is how they deal with things when they go wrong.

mad to expensive to process some of the returns, remember back in the day at the start of the "Information Highway" one of the benefits listed was to the environment as there would be less journeys to the shops as we would buy much more online not sure how that all panned out
