Are you trying to buy the correct ticket for their profile. Eg an oap profile cant be used to buy adult ticket.
What does the error message say?

It doesn't let me get that far, just says coming soon. so not able to get onto the screen to buy them. Seems a bit of an error with the system that it will only allow you onto the ticket buying screen if you yourself have the right amount of points, even though you could be buying for a partner/child/friend who does.

You need your mate to get them it will only let you log in if got the correct amount of points

I wouldn't necessarily expect logic from the ticketing system. I've had endless problems over the last few years.

you cant log in on your account if you have not got enough points.
whoever you were buying for will have to log in on there account to get them.
or they could send you there log in details and you could then log as them with there details to there account.
