Running Shorts - advice please

As I know FMTTM is an ultra fit community I wanted to ask for some running shorts advice.

I’m looking for a medium length short that has a zip pocket in the rear waist that can fit an phone in (iPhone 13). I know few pairs of shorts which have a rear pocket but they are very small only designed to carry a gell pouch or approx 6 winegums.

Any recommendations would be greatly accepted.

H&M running shorts are superb and have those all-important zip up pockets

You've gone too far with this one 🤣
6 wine gums 😯🤔

Montane Dragon Shorts have a nice big back pocket that can fit an iphone (and protective case) in.

Alternatively look for some twin skin shorts with a thigh pocket in the undershort.

Curious what a £124 set of running shorts or a £68 running shirt does over standard kit?

Looks nice, washes well, lasts a long time.

If you know Rapha (the now ubiquitous cycling brand) then Tracksmith was founded by one of the two blokes who founded that, and so there's a certain amount of branding / styling that goes with Tracksmith, much like Rapha.

Not for everyone of course, I get that.
