Saltburn

For me it was Ok, a bit slow but some very interesting scenes especially with the parents towards the end
The 2 or 3 'memorable' scenes were a bit icky and contrived for me. Kind of forced
But yep Barry Keoghan did a great job of that role and looks like being a star of the future

I thought there was something wrong with the tele when I saw the thick black bands down each side of the screen. Rebooted it 3 times.
I enjoyed it but did gip a bit at the bath water scene. We were eating at the time!

I believe the sequel is called The Half Moon at Lazenby.

Something like Dial M for Middlesbrough started to watch it but was pure $hite
Dial M for Middlesbrough was written by Jason Cook, a Geordie comic who wrote and was also in the sitcom Hebburn for the BBC. He also wrote Death on The Tyne and Murder on the Blackpool Express (can you spot a theme?)

He used to compere a lot of comedy shows in Middlesbrough and Stockton (after spending many years at the Frog & Bucket in Manchester.)

I knew him quite well, very funny bloke who had two excellently reviewed shows at the Edinburgh Festival.
