Schteeve to be new ManU manager?

They don't need to worry so much about the manager. They need to majorly worry about the state of the senior squad, the youth squad and the wage bill. They need a massive reset. No manager is going to be allowed to do that. Clear out the foreign drivel, the bad atmosphere creators and go back to basics with a solid team of brit players with a splash of quality foreigners.

If you were Manure manager who would you keep from their squad?

I sense the players are on the side of Sancho as opposed to Ten Hag and playing to get the manager fired.
They are rotten, and it’s clear the players aren’t playing for the manager. They have wasted so much money and their wage bill is astronomical. The fans hate the owners, and the owners are asking for way more than the club is worth. The stadium and training ground is falling down. They are a basket case from top to bottom and it’s great to see.

If they were going to pick a championship manager (they never would), they’d go for the Ipswich manager over Carrick at the minute.

There’s a fair few they definitely should get rid of for me

Varane - never fit and on a fortune
Sancho - under performed for years
Antony - not good enough
Dalot - can’t defend
Lindelof - can’t tackle, puts others under pressure with sideways passes when closed down.
Martial - rarely fit, way too inconsistent
Fernandes - too big an ego
Van-De Beek - expensive flop, needs too much time on the ball
O’Nana - needs a lesson in trigonometry
Amrabat - not good enough.

It will be De Zerbi i think?

If he is daft enough to take it. Although he probably has enough credit in the bank to move to a spurs or villa once he fails at Man U so might not be that much of a risk.

They might be looking for You can be a young and energetic team manager in ASEAN.
At least in Thailand there are coaches at the AFC license level.
I think I saw Ed around here.

They’ve tried the big impact managers since sir Alex went and each one has struggled…

They need a big reset with long term planning…

The fans need a reset too…

The squad needs a reset. The whole culture around the place seems terrible and has done for years. They seem to be signing players based on their instagram accounts instead of their talent. No surprise there is trouble when half the squad has been arrested for beating up their partners either.

They've got a squad full of players on massively over-inflated contracts they can't get rid of. They wanted to lose Maguire but nobody is paying him what they do so he won't go. They've filled the squad with the managers old players and they aren't good enough either. They've somehow spent ÂŁ1bn on players and not got anyone that would get in Man City's team, not a single one. Sometimes you look at a squad and think it just needs a change of manager and someone else will get more out of that group of players but I'm not seeing that with Utd.

They started with a back 4 of Dalot Maguire Evans Lindelof the other day against City. That's the sort of back 4 you see at somewhere like Everton when they've bought all the cast-offs. It should be nowhere near a team that sees itself as challenging for the title.

Zidane is the only manager that could come close imo.. for what they want/need.

Would he take it tho?

Any manager would take it, let’s not kid ourselves they wouldn’t. They’d get money and the opportunity to be the guy that turned Man UTD around, that’s why so many have tried.
