Scouting for Toys - Vectis

Interesting little TV programme on Yesterday TV about Vectis. They are successful toy auctioneers based in Thornaby. Some positive publicity for the area too.

Thye are owned by Goodall family who used to own Heritage Hampers which they ran from a bungalow in Ormesby.

They were one of our competitors for sponsoring a Boro player, last seeason.

I've caught a couple of them now and it is pretty interesting. Like most collectables, there are vast sums of money involved for specific items. The final value of the Matchbox car collection sale was insane!
