Season cards

I know there are already a couple of threads and I’ve had a quick read and can’t find any answers possibly because I’m now in a blind panic. Are new cards being sent out? Today’s post has just been, first time this week! And there were no season cards! Tried the download thing and nothing to download. Tried calling the ticket office this morning and got to number 23 in the queue before the phone froze! But only after half an hour on hold!
Any advice? Will last seasons work? Sorry to be a pain!

Have you changed seat or age category?

If not, then your existing season card should work.

Last seasons will work assuming you haven't moved seat or changed in any way. Despite the messages from the club I logged into my online account today and the download option was there for all 5 of our tickets.

A friend of mine got a new season ticket and got this letter with the physical card as well suggesting that even the new physical card will still work tomorrow:

Once again this page comes up with the right answer! No changes so straight forward. Can now get a bit more excited about getting back to the ‘paradise of dreams’.
