Season Ticket Holder - moving seats

Does anybody know if season ticket holders have passed the date for securing their seat for next season, not on about Early Bird deadline, as I know that has passed, was looking at moving seats and wondered if the seats of season ticket holders from this season who had not renewed would now be available?
