SEASON TICKET QUERY

Before I get slammed , yes I know I could ring the ticket office or e mail supporter services or something , but thought I would raise the issue on here .
We have 3 season cards for the family zone , Caretaker , son and grandson.
We have renewed each season and assume our cards roll on to next season .
My issue is that junior turns eleven in July and no longer qualifies for free under 11 .
Do I contact the ticket office to upgrade ?
Will the club contact me for extra payment ?
Will the ticket roll over as is , due to losing a season of Under 11 ?
Are there many in this situation ie turning 11/18/65 in the close season ?
Apologies if this sounds stupid , I'm only a simple soul .
Any advice appreciated.
 
I'm not in that position but I thought that moving to a different age bracket was an exception to season ticket rollover. I'm surprised that you weren't sent a renewal form to cover the age increase. I'd contact sooner rather than later to sort out.

I'm in the latter category and the club contacted me in March asking for proof of my age so that I could be credited due to the reduction for the coming season. I did that and they acknowledged receipt but I haven't heard anything further. Perhaps they don't have junior's birth date? I'd give them a call if I were you just to clear things up.

It will just roll over. When my son turned 12 I emailed them to ask if he needed to move up a bracket. They rang to say yes and get my £40. I thinks it's fair as he was free for 4 years and now costs £50. It's too good a deal to take the mick out of. If people do they will pull it.
 
When the owld feller popped his clogs I had to upgrade his ticket from a concession, over 65, to an adult, obviously I informed them. I was a bit gutted when it went from a gold card to a new one though, that means the two tickets I’ve always paid for are now different categories, could make things awkward for an FA cup final for example.

Also a bit gutted when the girl discreetly asked if he’d passed away, when I said yes she said “OK I’ll delete him from the database” I dont know what I wanted but deleting him didn’t seem right!!

Anyway nothing against the ticket office they’ve always been brilliant, I’ve praised them before on here, like the time the daft owld get decided he’d ‘lost‘ our season tickets an hour before the Leeds match, he was massively stressed, but the kid in the office just sorted it all out cool as ice.
