Season tickets

No chance with those prices. We won’t sell more than 1000 extra at this stage. Shame that they weren’t sensible as we probably would have had 30k every game
Doubt it. Obviously no data to support it but I don't buy that we have swathes of fans gagging to buy season tickets but can't swing the price but would if it was say, £150 cheaper for example.

JM14 - The 3 weeks up to the start of the season are a big part of the ST selling season, I can see more than 1,000 being sold before August 5th. We haven't made any bigish signings yet. My target is 22k plus Season Tickets.

I agree if we priced like Sunderland we would have shifted a few thousand more by now, but I do want the Club to maximise resources for the playing squad.

That could easily rise to say 25,000 then? We could be looking at 30,000 crowds?

Zero chance of this, the time to buy was early bird as asusual the prices went up considerably when they went back on sale

The demand was there at early bird but the club told people they couldnt have GRFZ prices as that area was currently sold out. I think ive read on here that section of the stadium has since been expanded again but the prices are now no where near as attractive as they were in April

I don't think it will get to 25k either, but I am always surprised by how many choose to buy in July rather than in the EB window.

There will be gates over 30k though; I think we had that 3 times in the league last year. Whether it's more than that this year will depend on how the team does.

True but its still a good thing if they've expanded that areas as any newcomers will now get a free child ticket next year at early bird prices. Appreciate they will get stung this season but expanding GRFZ has to be a good thing in general.

Define sensible. Steve Gibson knows perfectly well what tickets need to be priced at to maximise revenue.
