Looking for help, i cant make QPR due to work, anyone know how to give tickets to friends, i follow the steps on the help page but it ends in a dead end ffs, and my 19 year old cant crack it so its not just a dinosaur fecking it up

Assuming it's a digital season ticket, you might be better off logging in to your account on his phone and downloading the ticket from the website that way. I think the transfer facility is still down to fix the issue of it trying to charge you to do it.
