I think we don’t… but then again, may be we don’t…I know we are talking about individuals health records so transparency is a problem. But why are we in talks? What are the rules? Either we don’t have the required number of players available or we don’t.
I know I can answer my own questions but it puts the fans last

We're in talks because we've returned a load of positive test results and will be doing more tests today. I take it to mean we have informed the EFL and will keep them informed of any developments, not that the club secretary and the EFL secretary are sitting around a table together for 24/7. 'In talks' just means there's a dialogue ongoing. Maybe it's like people who put 'BREAKING' at the start of a sentence on Twitter, to try and make it more exciting. Or how transfer talks are now called 'advanced talks' instead of just 'talks'.I know we are talking about individuals health records so transparency is a problem. But why are we in talks? What are the rules? Either we don’t have the required number of players available or we don’t.

"Clubs will be expected to play where it has 14 players including a goalkeeper available from the Club’s registered squad list, Under 21 players not on the squad list but have played one League match, or any other contracted player not on the squad list but otherwise would have been eligible to play."Do we have a higher than usual number of u23s that have played first team football? Coburn, Malley, Hackney, Kokolo, Sivi, Folarin, young Dijksteel I think have all got on at one time or another.
