Shops that don't exist anymore

Used to love going downstairs in that shop in the Clevo Centre, think it was called The All American Drugstore or The Super American Drugstore? Used to sell American toys, NFL bits etc. Thats where I first saw that box thingy with all the metal pins where you pressed your hand or face into it and it makes the shape of your hand/face etc!

For the life of me can't remember what was actually upstairs - was it just some sort of supermarket? And was there a cafe/diner downstairs can anyone remember?
 
Is Newboulds still going? My mum used to work in there and she met Jack Charlton many times, used to get a special deal from the owner I think.

There was definitely an American diner type thing downstairs.. between / near where Iceland and hmv is now .
1990 ish
