"Since Chris Wilder was appointed manager in November 2021, no team in the Championship has picked up more points at home than Middlesbrough"

He’s a quality football manager. Delighted he’s here. Hope he’s here for a long time. Or as Wilder would say in the medium to long term. Preferably the long term.

Took over after the WBA game on November 6th. We had 22 points from 17 games. Now after the return WBA game we have 52 points from 32 games. This is an extra 30 points from 15 games i.e. 2 points a game!

Absolutely Notty, can't think of a game where we have been tactically undone. Obviously there has been the odd game where the other team looked better maybe first half but the changes made have either evened it up or put us on top. Even at Man U. UTFB

It seems 'odd' that he was out of work so long. I know he had offers but clearly wanted a prem job.

He admits it 'hurt' being based on one bad season. Its the only blemish on his CV (he loves a CV😉). That season was in complete lockdown and that must be factored in as the Lane has a cracking atmosphere.

I'm so glad we got him. I did laugh when some one here were saying 'not for me'. The guy was the LMA manager of the season 2-3 years ago beating Pep.

Hes completely changed the way we play in 3 months. That can't be understated. They are pretty much the same players Warnock had.

Thats why I was calling for a change as i knew this side could be better but I never envisioned just how much of an improvement wilder would make.

It’s been incredible and we haven’t seen anything yet b
