So, the election for mayor of London, then

Khan (LAB): 53% (+9)
Bailey (CON): 28% (-7)
Porritt (LDM): 7% (+2)
Berry (GRN): 7% (+1)
Gammons (UKIP): 2% (-2)
Reid (WEP): 1% (-1)
Fox: Career over

Sadiq Khan would be elected on the first round in this scenario (never happened before!) But here's the 2nd preferences anyway...

Khan (LAB): 66% (+9)
Bailey (CON): 34% (-9)

Changes w/ 2016 Election.
That's in spite of the right wing red tops doing a character assassination on him for daring to be a muslim

I wonder why other London based posters aren't commenting on this thread?

Another vote for Khan here. Despite the hate Khan gets from people outside of London he is still well liked by the majority down here. Definitely a tough job having to manage one of the largest cities in Europe, especially during the last year with the pandemic. And obviously not helped by having a Tory government constantly looking to undermine him.

this guy gets my vote

Same here. The rest are too ridiculous looking.

Labour had 46 seats in Scotland in 2007 and now have one I think. The Tories were never strong there.
Yes but if half of them want independence and the other half want a party batting for Scotland then this is what you get.

We have to face facts, we are a United Kingdom in name only, the union is history.
