According to Sky earlier they have changed the way they are recording cases... for example every case previously was one individual person.

they are now counting per household so if three people go down with it it only counts as one case.

Also the I have suspicions the school tests are set to inflate and increase negative results... thus lowering the ratio

Nottingham Post reporting that a conversation took place today and it looks like we're stopping in tier 3 despite our case numbers dropping. Pity mass testing wasn't available for us when the students returned to the University in September.
