Southampton (A) Ticket Info 🎟️

Is anyone flying to this? Only flights I could see were NCL - SOU and were £303 return. Not sure if that's because it's Easter weekend or that is the usual cost of those flights but it seems expensive.

Loganair I presume? They are ridiculously expensive.

Easter so all the cheap flights will have gone, I was going to go to Dublin but it was £90 from East Mids 2 months ago

How on earth can an airline justify that price for travel within the UK

We were thinking about it(Newcastle airport is ideal for us) but way too expensive. Two returns would cost more than a season ticket.
The wife would have a heart attack.

I had a quick speculative look at maybe taking the boy down there for a 2 night lads trip away or potentially the full tribe for a family trip but at those prices I'll give it a miss. £1500 for a family of 5 plus accomodation :ROFLMAO: . Could have a week self catering in the med.

Don't fancy the drive so won't be tempted.

Same. Even the train for two people is close to £300 return.

If I get a ticket I’ll drive down instead and make a night of it. Probably end up spending about the same when factoring a hotel, but at least get to see a bit of Southampton.

Must be expecting a good take up as the priority points start high. Saw a few Sunderland fans in Kings Cross on Sunday so must be a decent train link there ?

If you book the different legs separately it reduces the cost. I did my own split ticket and got 2 of us with a Railcard for less than £100 from York. Going early Friday and coming back early Saturday. That was booked last week.

This is why clubs should stick to their own rules and put ticket info out in the public domain asap so we can make plans and buy travel and accommodation at much cheaper price in the expectation of getting a ticket later.
I have the opposite problem I bought my train tickets a while a go because I took a punt on the match being on a Friday, but now with our recent upturn and especially if we win on Saturday then I might struggle to get a ticket, hopefully I should be good, we see.

Hoping to go to this, can drive it to in a couple of hours to be honest, lets hope the tickets make my priority point level, so I can tick this ground off

I'm driving down Thursday night, after the kids have broken up for Easter. Plan to stop in a premier inn around the Leicester area, then head off early Friday morning. Staying in Southampton for a couple of nights and plan to take a day trip excursion to the Isle of Wight on the Saturday. Driving back Sunday. Hopefully the Easter bank holiday weekend traffic will be kind to us all.
