Squires on a day in the life of Chris Wilder

That is magnificent and it's good to see that it wasn't just us and our bitterness towards him that picked up on it.

The Premier League's most humble manager .. brilliant!
It's as if Squires has been reading this board isn't it?

I was thinking the other day Wilders interview is the sort of thing Baddiel and Skinner would've used for a sketch back in the day.

The thing that annoys me about him is he sees himself as a tactical genius and is "famous" for his overlapping full backs. He didn't come up with the idea his assistant did, now this is Blackadder and Baldric type S**t.

Not sure what was going through Wilders head when he did that interview.
Surely, as someone who's job includes being on TV, he'd know how things like Keegan's "I'd love it" moment have endured. He's now going to have it follow and probably overshadow his entire football career.

I remember we all loved him at one stage. Blackpool away just after Christmas was a highlight for me. Then he started showing his true colours and it all went downhill from there.

Think he just has a pretty incredible lack of self awareness and an ego to match.

shame it all imploded after the Burnley Affair as it was chugging along pretty well ... his silence at the start of the rumors was staggering and showed arrogance and disrespect for his employers and fans
