I simply don't understand why Lampard is linked with Newcastle / Celtic and various other decent jobs?

He got Derby to 6th with 3 amazing loan signings. They sacked Rowett for finishing in the exact same position.

Then he had Chelsea sat outside of the top 4 after spending 250mil. I'm not sure why his managerial CV would impress anyone? Then again Woody walked into a decent job (twice).
