I miss the reality of what? I obviously don’t hold your views and that’s fine but to say I’m naive is premature a lot like the ramblings on here tonight.

Carrick has one forward player less than he had last year between September and December/ Jan ...
He's choosing to rotate those he had , and play the new projects instead ..

He has to be accountable for that ?

By no means am I calling for his head .. far from , but it's his choice is to leave last year's players on the bench , and start ' projects ' ..

Thats probably caused friction in the camp especially as the players left out are far more experienced and higher regarded
 
I’d like to know how many of the people on here have ever kicked a ball! Like any line of work, new staff need time….

Players need time to bed. Carrick needs time to think. It’s not even Xmas yet!
 
There needs to be a shake up, what that is I don't know, new formation, new tactics, bring some kids in, or a collection of all of those. We have so much talent on the bench, or in the reserves let's use them. I'd really like Coburn, O'Brien, Mcgree, Van den Berg and Bangura all to start the next game.
